Accessible facilities for everyone
We warmly welcome all customers and our goal in everything is to improve our services so that it is as easy as possible to be and do business in Majvik.
Arrival
Taxis and minivans can drive directly in front of the hotel’s main door. There is also a parking space with a disabled sign in the immediate vicinity of the main doors. The hotel’s automatically opening front door is 90 cm wide, and there is a ramp in front of it to facilitate access.
Meeting facilities
All the meeting rooms in the hotel – with the exception of Tornihuone and Merikabinetti – are suitable for customers using wheelchairs. The door openings of the meeting rooms are 90 cm wide and can be opened even wider thanks to the double doors. The furniture in the meeting rooms is easy to move, so it’s easy to place a wheelchair next to the meeting table – wherever you need it. Unfortunately, we do not have an induction loop in our meeting rooms, but we rent one if needed.
Lobby and restaurant facilities
* from the lower lobby of the hotel, you can take the elevator to the next floor, where you can find meeting rooms and a restaurant. The passage space of the elevator door opening is 80 cm wide.
* the lobby and restaurant spaces are spacious, bright and without thresholds. You can easily find a place for a wheelchair at the tables.
WC facilities
There are suitable toilets for customers using wheelchair in the hotel lobby.
Hotel rooms
* our hotel has two rooms, the equipment of which is designed for customers who use wheelchairs or otherwise have limited mobility. These rooms also have intermediate doors to the adjacent room, where for example an assistant can stay.
* the hotel corridors are wide, the opening of the intermediate doors along the corridor is 80 cm and can be opened even wider thanks to the double door.
Diets and allergies
We prefer vegetarian and fish food, we use a lot of vegetables, fruits and berries depending on the season. When you let us know in advance about your special diet or food allergies, we know how to prepare for it in advance and take that into account at all meals.
