A large seminar or a small meeting – we have the perfect facilities for you. Majvik has 20 meeting rooms for 5–350 participants. We provide modern meeting technology and a congress host’s services for all meetings.
Our flat-floor congress hall is perfect for large seminars, banquets, dinners and exhibitions. The hall can be divided into two or three separate meeting spaces with soundproof walls. The meeting technology includes a laptop, three video projectors and three large screens, audio equipment and microphones.

The stylish/elegant Lukkari is located on the top floor of the tower of the main building. The ceiling is higher than in a standard room, and the room features conical windows typical of the tower. Lukkari is a very popular meeting room for executive teams. The room is equipped with a 75-inch display and easy-to-use wireless screen-sharing technology.

The Round Room in the Castle Tower is a unique and peaceful meeting space for small team meetings that focus more on brainstorming session than on modern meeting technology. The private room in the Castle Tower also offers a great vantage point over the surrounding landscape.

The main building also contains the Vouti, Pehtoori, Rakuuna and Seppä meeting rooms, while Puosu and Luotsi on the seashore are designed for more private meetings. The meeting rooms are equipped with a fixed video projector, laptop, flip chart and whiteboard as well as note-taking supplies. Majvik’s wireless network is available in all our facilities.

The main building houses seven smaller cabinets Kisälli 7–11, Torppari and Talonpoika. They are perfect for meetings and teamwork. We prepare a video projector if needed. In addition, there are five compact group workspaces for six people in the main building, equipped with a flipchart and note-taking supplies.

The bright and spacious Restaurant Emma offers great lunches for guests attending meetings as well as breakfast for guests who stay overnight at the hotel. If you prefer to have your meal in privacy, you can book a private room for lunch or dinner.
